Cross-Border Joint Ventures
Global Capital Solutions
Project Advisory from Concept to Completion.
New Era Solutions Group Ltd is a globally active business and project development firm built on one foundational belief: every challenge holds an opportunity. We specialize in forging the cross-border connections that transform stalled ambitions into realized outcomes — across every region, every sector, every scale.
We operate at the intersection of public and private sectors worldwide — fluent in the language, priorities, and pressures of governments, development institutions, and private enterprise across continents. From North America to Africa, Europe to Asia, we forge partnerships that deliver real, measurable results.
Our team brings creative, lateral thinking to even the most complex mandates. No problem is too big. No project is too ambitious.
Four pillars behind every engagement.
Strategic Connectivity
Linking the right stakeholders, funders, and implementers at the right moment.
Creative Problem-Solving
Unconventional approaches to challenges that conventional firms decline.
Cross-Sector Fluency
Navigating government, development agencies, and private enterprise with equal ease.
Accountable Delivery
We stay through implementation — not just advisory. Outcomes, not reports.
The people behind the mandate.
NES Group is led by operators who have built, funded, and delivered across continents — bringing lived cross-border experience to every engagement.

Mohamed Diane is a retired U.S. Army officer whose career has spanned every continent NES Group now serves. Over more than two decades in uniform he led logistics, mobility, and coalition operations across Korea, Germany, Egypt, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Guantanamo Bay, earning the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, and eight Army Commendation Medals. He served as a consultant for the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Guinea, leading international negotiations for the acquisition of strategic equipment and representing the Ministry in high-level meetings. He holds an MBA from Strayer University and is fluent in English, French, and three African languages. He founded NES Group to translate that cross-border, multi-sector experience into funding, partnerships, and delivery for public and private clients worldwide.

Prior to NES Group, she served as Program Coordinator at Jhpiego Guinea and as a consultant to USAID and the Guinean Ministry of Health, where she designed, implemented, and monitored health initiatives and organized high-level conferences for hundreds of stakeholders. She spearheaded the establishment of Guinea’s second national dialysis center, taking it from concept to completion. She has since led clinical teams in Pennsylvania. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Healthcare Administration from Alvernia University and brings that operational discipline to NES Group's project execution, partner coordination, and delivery.
